How much is delivery going to cost me?

Delivery costs vary depending on your location and the size and weight of the items that you are purchasing. witch and Wolf utilises Royal Mail for the majority of its deliveries and the postal charges are calculated at checkout. Click any of the links listed to view costs in your country;

Can I order items from anywhere in the world?

Yes, providing we can deliver it via Royal mail international services and you accept the postage charges listed, then we can ship your items to you. We cannot guarantee the timescales for delivery though.

Can I cancel an item or order or return any item/s?

Yes, Witch and Wolf gives you a 14 day cooling off period and we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your item/s. If you do need to return any item/s then please use our cancellation form and we will do our upmost to resolve your issue as soon as possible. Please also review our terms of sale policy to ensure you understand your rights and our processes.

Are your products sourced locally and ethically?

Yes, witch and Wolf researches and does as much as possible to ensure we work with local UK based companies and manufacturers as well as ensuring, (as far as we can) that any products manufactured overseas are provided by ethical and responsible employers.

How can I pay for my order?

Witch and Wolf provides a secure payment facility via the Wix ecommerce site. This enables you pay by a variety of approved cards as well as Apple pay.

If something goes wrong, how can I get it resolved?

At Witch and Wolf we pride ourselves on providing an excellent service and quality goods. If something goes wrong with either, we want to rectify it for you as soon as possible. We have a resolution policy policy in place, but at the end of the day we want to get you what you want as soon as possible so please contact us using the following form;
